Engin Guneysu was born in 1981 in Samsun, Turkey. He began to work as photography editor for an advertisement agency in 2004 when he was 25 years old. Same year he also worked for prestigious magazines . Lately in 2006 and 2007 he gave lectures in photography to children.
The photographer was awarded the second best prize in Photography Competition of National Geographic Turkey. Same year his art works are awarded and presented in collective exhibitions.
In 2011, works of the artist are being preserved in Turkish Photography Museum.
He currently lives in Istanbul and continues to make photographs as a member photographer at Agence Le Journal.
Recently, he is working as a freelance photographer for several magazines and leads photography workshops in İstanbul.
